Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Vizipy (the “Service”), operated by “ITNas” Ltd. (АЙТИНАС ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company (ЕООД) registered in Bulgaria under company number (ЕИК) 208793733, with its registered office at ul. “Mihail Sarafov” 6, Poduyane, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Vizipy scans websites you submit, analyses them for visual consistency, and produces a 0–100 consistency score with findings, screenshots, and suggested fixes. The score and findings are informational and provided on an “as is” basis – they are not a guarantee about the quality, accessibility, performance, or security of any website.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

• Only scan websites you own or are authorised to scan. Paid scans require domain-ownership verification.
• Do not use the Service to scan sites for which you lack permission, or in a way that overloads, disrupts, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the Service, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions, billing & VAT

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices shown exclude VAT. Applicable VAT is added at checkout based on your location.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits apply as described on our pricing page.
• We may change prices for future billing periods with reasonable prior notice.

5. Founding Partner pricing

Founding Partner pricing (a discounted monthly rate for an early, limited number of customers) remains locked for as long as your subscription stays active and uninterrupted. If you cancel and later resubscribe, or your subscription lapses, the founding rate may no longer be available and standard pricing will apply.

6. Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at contact@vizipy.com and we will review it in good faith.

7. Intellectual property

We own the Service and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of the content you submit and the reports generated for you; you may share and use your reports for your own and your clients’ business purposes. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service and generate your reports.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that findings are complete or accurate. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the reports.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vizipy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, and the courts of Bulgaria have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
