Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Vizipy (“Vizipy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and the Vizipy visual-consistency scanner (the “Service”). Vizipy is operated by “ITNas” Ltd. (АЙТИНАС ЕООД), a single-member limited liability company (ЕООД) registered in Bulgaria under company number (ЕИК) 208793733, with its registered office at ul. “Mihail Sarafov” 6, Poduyane, 1505 Sofia, Bulgaria. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your email address, name, and optionally your company and role, when you register.
• Scan data: the URLs you submit, and the pages, screenshots, and analysis results generated from them.
• Billing data: your subscription tier and billing status. Card details are handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe) – we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, and server logs, used for security and to operate the Service.
• Communications: messages you send us (e.g. support emails) and waitlist sign-ups.

2. How we use your data

• To provide and operate the Service – running scans, generating reports, and storing your scan history.
• To manage your account, authentication, and subscription.
• To process payments and send billing-related notices.
• To improve the Service, including scoring and detection quality.
• To communicate with you about your account, security, and (where you have opted in) product updates.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud and abuse.

3. Legal bases (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of: performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service); your consent (e.g. marketing emails, where applicable); our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service); and compliance with legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting).

4. Sub-processors

We rely on the following service providers to operate the Service. Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us:

• Supabase – database and authentication hosting.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – scan worker compute (EU region).
• Cloudflare R2 – storage of scan screenshots.
• Vercel – hosting of the website and privacy-friendly usage analytics.
• Stripe – payment processing and subscription billing.
• Anthropic – AI processing for the executive summary and fix-preview validation. Scan content sent for analysis is not used to train their models.

5. Cookies & analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We also use analytics (such as Vercel Analytics) to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential analytics cookies, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. You can also control cookies through your browser settings.

6. Data retention

We keep account and scan data for as long as your account is active. You can delete scans at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account. We may retain limited records (e.g. invoices) where required by law.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@vizipy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) or your local supervisory authority.

8. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Security

We use industry-standard measures – encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database – to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date above.
